The Bihar Postal Circle proudly issues a Special Cover as a gesture of gratitude and
a philatelic tribute to Shri Ratan Tata, one of India's most admired national icons.
​This special release honors his unparalleled contributions to industry, philanthropy, and nation-building.

The Air Mail Society India Foundation (AMSI), with the support of Mr. Pragya Jain, has successfully arranged for each AMSI member to receive one cover. These covers were dispatched directly from Patna as a special philatelic gesture.
